We offer a variety of route optimization solutions to enhance your operations. We have a web application, RouteSmart Online, our comprehensive suite of tools that model the unique constraints of high-density routing. We have a web services solution, RouteSmart Routing as a Service (RaaS) that provides access to our powerful optimization algorithms through a standard APl. We also offer a GIS-based based solution which allows you to import, analyze, and edit your data giving you rich spatial analysis.
We have been providing unparalleled route planning solutions for more than four decades. We were founded in the 1980’s by operations research professors and have become a world leader in providing route optimization solutions. Our expertise is based in operations research, management science and analytics. We have combined our academic relationships with elite universities and more than 40 years of client experience to develop and deliver vehicle and workforce route optimization solutions that are proven in the real-world operating environments of our clients.
Our sophisticated routing technology benefits both public and private entities in the public works, waste collection, newspapers, utilities, and postal/local delivery industries. 02Customer Service & Support
We offer a variety of training opportunities. Our training process allows clients to learn at their own pace, either in a classroom setting or in a virtual format. In addition to onboarding, RouteSmart offers our community of clients ongoing learning opportunities through skill building webinars, certification exams and personalized training.
Onboarding is led by one of our Client Services Implementation Consultants who will guide you through training targeted toward your requirements, help you implement your solutions, quickly get you up to speed.
We have partners around the world, so your training and onboarding professional will possess regional knowledge and understand your operational needs.
Designed to fit within your busy schedule, we offer numerous training options that you can choose to take onsite at our office or your location.
After initial onboarding, you can take advantage of Routing University to keep your skills current and discover the latest application functionality. Customized training agendas are also available to meet your unique business requirements.
We encourage our clients to become Certified Routing Professionals of RouteSmart solutions. By doing so, you join an exclusive and accomplished group of experts who have successfully demonstrated a mastery of our robust capabilities. Certification comes with a range of benefits and best of all, there is no cost to take the exam and achieve certification.
Once our clients are up and running, our dedicated team of professionals are available to answer questions and solve any routing challenges you may have. Unlike many in the industry, you will contact an actual person. Clients who have a current maintenance plan or subscription will speak directly with a team member via phone and/or web meeting. We provide direct access to live technical support representatives Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6 p.m., ET. Routing as a Service (RaaS) integrates directly into your client-side systems to support dynamic daily route balancing and sequencing. RaaS web services provide access to our powerful optimization algorithms through a standard APl, accelerating your implementation and return on investment.
RouteSmart for ArcGIS® Pro supports GIS-based analysis of route operations within the world’s leading desktop GIS system from Esri. RouteSmart for ArcGIS® Pro is integrated with RouteSmart Online and RaaS to allow you to import, analyze, and edit your data giving you rich spatial analysis.
RouteSmart Navigator is the only in-vehicle system fully integrated with RouteSmart solutions to provide route guidance and service verification for high-density routing. View field crews live and enable exception reporting. A great way to train new drivers and enable substitute drivers to navigate routes efficiently.
RouteSourcing – Let our industry pros build your solid foundation by developing and delivering a rerouting project to you. Projects can range from a targeted geographic area to complete redesign of your service territory.
